* Administration/Office (once per week for a minimum of 4 hours, for 12 weeks)
* Volunteer Coordinator
* Association Representatives
* Experienced tractor operator
* Fund raising
* Grant Writer
* Ranch Maintenance
* Horsemanship - REQUIRES ATTENDANCE OF TRAINING PROGRAM
